Founder
Montuani brings 10 years of experience in health and lifestyle coaching with more than 1,000 client transformations to Resilient Human Performance in Marianna, Florida.
Carly applies the same methods to her coaching programs that helped her overcome her own health challenges, including overcoming a debilitating spine injury, healing from Lyme disease, and learning to live with PTSD.
She focuses on full-circle programs that provide step-by-step coaching to reduce pain, improve metabolic health, and increase mindbody wellness.
She is a certified personal trainer with advanced training in corrective exercise, holistic nutrition, and stress management. Carly is a student at Dragon Rises College of Oriental Medicine.

Sierra Christie brings a compassionate, no-nonsense coaching style to Resilient Human Performance, where she helps members build strength, confidence, and consistency in their fitness journey.
A certified personal trainer and human movement specialist, Sierra specializes in weight loss, foundational strength, and performance goals. Having lost over 100 pounds herself, she combines lived experience with evidence-based strategies to help clients achieve sustainable, real-world results.
She is also a competitive Brazilian Jiu Jitsu athlete, with multiple international tournament podium finishes, and brings that same grit and discipline into every session she leads.

Athlete Development Coach
Gabriel Montuani brings over 20 years of athletic development experience to Resilient Human Performance, including a decade spent in professional soccer organizations in Brazil and another decade focused on performance training for martial arts and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu.
As a former youth and now adult competitive athlete, Gabriel has deep expertise in programs designed for weight loss, muscle gain, and sustainable long-term athletic performance. He specializes in helping men of all ages build training routines that align with real life—focused on strength, endurance, and mindset to support the movement practices they enjoy most.
Gabriel is a second degree Brazilian Jiu Jitsu black belt and leads Resilient Jiu Jitsu as head professor. He also coaches private clients through performance programs rooted in martial-arts based movement and endurance-focused strength and conditioning training.
